I offer energy clearing and balancing for homes, land, and the relationship between them. When the essence energies of your home or land are renewed, it can effect positive changes in your daily life and feeling of well-being.

When we neglect the energetic interplay between our energy and that of the home and land that we inhabit, our living spaces and our lives can feel chronically troubled for reasons that we cannot identify. Home and Land Essence Renewal balances the energy of your spaces so that you can feel more support, clarity, and synchronicity.

Energies of the land can have their own resonance that sometimes does not vibrate in sync with our manmade structures and lives, but which, after being harmonized, can contribute to the overall vital energy of our spaces. 

The first time a home and/or land is renewed and rebalanced, the energetic shift can be palpable. Tune-ups are recommended in order to maintain that balance. Please keep in mind that shifts in your space can also create changes in your life.

Note to those selling or seeking a new home: Essence renewal can clear and bless a space before you put it on the market. I also offer a service for prospective buyers or renters to check out the underlying energy of a space and/or land before making a commitment to buy or rent it. (Please note that I do not do full essence renewal on spaces that you do not already own, rent, or occupy.)

Most sessions are held over the phone or Zoom. If your home or land is on Whidbey Island, we can meet in person at the space.

1 x 30+ minute phone session with photos or a video walk-through of space
1 x 30-60 minute phone session (approx. 2 weeks later)

$150-300+ : Full renewal and blessing

$90-150: Assessment only (for prospective buyers or renters)

$75+ : Tune-up (up to 9 mos. after full renewal or previous tune-up)

The Essence Renewal process:

You and I have a 30+ minute conversation about what you’re noticing in the home and/or on the land, any areas that you’re particularly concerned about, and the feeling you wish to have in the home. Before or after this conversation, I will ask you to provide photos of the exterior of the home and/or the land, as well as (if possible) a floor plan and/or photos or a video walk-through of each of the rooms.

Using the shamanic journey, channeling, visualization, or astral projection, I then devote dedicated time away from our session to assess the situation and do the renewal work.

After I’ve thoroughly facilitated the renewal, we have a follow-up conversation about what was found and what work was completed, as well as suggestions for any energetic (similar to feng shui) changes you can make to your spaces. Sometimes, I will offer lifestyle suggestions for supporting you and other inhabitants of the home, based on the energies that are encountered in the spaces. Sometimes a lifestyle suggestion isn’t necessary, as the change will happen over time, at the right time, in a rebalanced space.

For an additional fee, an email outlining some of the imagery and the suggestions can be included.
